1. Preparation: Add 79 liters of 46# anti-abrasion hydraulic oil. Connect the electric source ensuring motor rotation matches the markings.
2. Regulating the Scale: Clockwise rotation decreases buckling; anticlockwise increases it. Ensure the scale base moves flexibly.
3. Test Run: Observe action normality. Use the bleed screw on the cylinder top to exhaust air if crawling occurs.
4. Operation: Select suitable moulds based on hose size. Measure the outside diameter with a vernier caliper after crimping to ensure accuracy.
