Emulsified Asphalt Equipment

The emulsified asphalt unit is a practical equipment designed using LRS, GLR, and JMJ colloid mills. It is characterized by low cost, convenient mobility, simple operation, and a low failure rate. The entire set, including the operation control cabinet, is integrated onto a single base. The unit is designed so that the asphalt heating equipment provides material at the required temperature.

The aqueous solution can be heated via three selectable methods: heat-conducting oil coil pipes, an external hot water furnace, or electric heating pipes. The composition includes an asphalt transition tank, emulsion blending tank, finished product tank, speed-regulating pumps, and an electrical control cabinet.
