The emulsified asphalt unit is a practical equipment designed and manufactured using LRS, GLR, and JMJ colloid mills. It features low cost, convenient mobility, simple operation, and a low failure rate. The entire set of equipment and the operation control cabinet are installed on a base to form an integrated unit. It is designed to provide asphalt at the required temperature from heating equipment.
The aqueous solution can be heated by three methods: heat-conducting oil coil pipes inside the tank, an external hot water furnace, or electric heating pipes. The unit includes an asphalt transition tank, emulsion blending tank, finished product tank, speed-regulating pumps, emulsifier, and an electrical control cabinet.
