The emulsified asphalt unit is a practical emulsified asphalt equipment designed and manufactured using LRS, GLR, and JMJ colloid mills. It features low cost, convenient mobility, simple operation, and a low failure rate. The entire set of equipment and the operation control cabinet are integrated onto a single base for maximum efficiency.
The system is designed to provide asphalt at required temperatures via heating equipment. Heating for the aqueous solution can be achieved through heat-conducting oil coil pipes, external hot water furnaces, or electric heating pipes. The core composition includes an asphalt transition tank, emulsion blending tank, finished product tank, speed-regulating pumps, an emulsifier, and a centralized electrical control cabinet.
