It includes high-temperature resistant stainless steel base asphalt and hot water tanks with strong corrosion resistance.

The system features an arc-insulated asphalt pump and double-layer insulation pipelines, eliminating the need for cleaning between uses. The SBS modified colloid mill utilizes a high-speed multiple-shear process involving five-level grinding: high-speed stirring, rough grinding, semi-fine grinding, fine grinding, and ultra-fine grinding. A variable frequency control cabinet allows precise adjustment of the asphalt-to-emulsion ratio (ranging from 30% to 65%).
