Product Description

Hydraulic lifting vacuum emulsifier mixer

The vacuum paste making machine is the key process of toothpaste production. The working principle of the equipment is to put various raw materials into the paste making machine in turn according to a certain production process, and through strong stirring, dispersing and grinding, the various raw materials are fully dispersed and mixed evenly. Finally, it becomes a paste by vacuum degassing.

The system has optimized scraping paddles, high-speed dispersion systems, high-shear homogenization systems, and vacuum systems to improve the performance of the overall equipment. It is an ideal toothpaste production equipment, also suitable for the preparation of products with high viscosity and large proportion of powder such as medical anesthesia ointments.

Vacuum Emulsifier Mixer Overview
Production Equipment Layout

Standard Configuration:

  • Emulsifier, water phase tanks, oil phase tank, powder phase tank
  • Three-layer tank, steam or electric heating
  • Variable frequency speed scraper mixing & High-speed disperser
  • 3600rpm high-speed homogenizer (fineness 0.2-5um)
  • Vacuum pumps and sync solenoid valves
  • Stainless steel platform and stairs
  • Button or HMI operation

Working Principle:

Materials in the water and oil phase tanks are heated and stirred before being transferred to the emulsifying tank via vacuum pump. The central paddle and PTFE scraper sweep the wall, pushing material to the high-speed homogenizer. The material is sheared and cracked into 200nm - 2um particles, with bubbles removed under vacuum status.
