Product Profile

The package sewage treatment plant is used to fill the gap between individual septic type systems and large municipal plants. They are used to provide sewage treatment for subdivisions, mobile home parks, schools, recreational parks, nursing homes, factories and other commercial businesses in outlying areas without municipal sewer facilities.

✨ Product Advantage

A/O biological contact oxidation process is used as the main process, using elastic three-dimensional fillers with large specific surface area and high microbial activity for quick organic pollutant removal and denitrification.
Underground installation: Does not occupy surface area, no need for housing or heat preservation, and the surface can be greened or used for driving.

⚙️Working Principle

Replacing the end secondary sedimentation tank of traditional biological treatment technology with membrane modules maintains a high concentration of activated sludge in the bioreactor. This increases the organic load of biological treatment, reduces the footprint, and minimizes residual sludge. The concentration of activated sludge can reach 8000~10,000mg/L, with a sludge age (SRT) extending to more than 30 days.
