The ADS series single screw extrusion and pelletizing system is a specialized and reliable system, suitable to the recycling and re-pelletizing job of rigid plastic scrap.
It combines function of plasticization and pelletizing to one step and is ideal for crushed regrinds or flakes of PE/PP/ABS/PS/HIPS/PC etc. Final productions are in the form of pellets/granules, which can be directly put into production lines for film blowing, pipe extrusion, and plastics injection.

Motor drives of conveyor belt and hauling device cooperate with inverter. Feeding speed is fully automatic based on the compactor's capacity. Metal detectors can be integrated to warn and stop the system if metal is detected.
Adopts high strength hardened reducer. The compact structure ensures reliable power transmission and longevity through precise motor drive coupling.
Uses qualified nitride steel (38CrMoAlA) with CNC processing. The specialized screw design allows polyolefin materials to melt well under lower temperatures and pressure, even at high speeds.
Removes low molecules and remaining moisture from the melts. Consists of a water-ring vacuum pump, filtering tank, and pressure gauges to ensure high-quality output.
Single-plate or piston double-station screen changers are available. Filtration technology is matched to the input material quality and planned pellet use.
Water ring pelletizing is standard. Self-adjusting heads ensure consistent blade pressure and long uptime. Also supports water-cooled stretching or underwater granulation.
