1. Screening Section: Employs the pneumatic density method for precise separation. It distinguishes impurities such as cobs, husks, stones, and metals from corn based on density differences.
2. Peeling and Umbilicus Removal: Utilizes intense squeezing and frictional force to detach husks and germs, followed by wind separation technology for pure raw materials.
3. Crushing Section: Features a self-developed double-rotor crusher. The dual tangential speed impacts material for twice the crushing effect of single-rotor models.
