Mining scrubber, also called ore washing machine, is mainly used for cleaning and removing mud from the ore to improve the grade of the ore and the index of the subsequent beneficiation process. It separates soil, impurities and fine-grained minerals from the surface of the ore through mechanical force and water flow to clean the ore. Common types include cylinder scrubber, trough scrubber and double screw scrubber.
The ore material enters the scrubbing cylinder through the inlet, which is driven by the rotating blade or stirring device. High-pressure water flow or cleaning liquid is sprayed onto the material, causing strong friction between particles. The impurities are dislodged under the friction and water flow and discharged through the drainage system.
Ore Pre-treatment: Especially suitable for processing ore with high mud content. Through strong mixing and washing, it effectively removes mud and dirt.
Sticky Ore: Effectively breaks and cleans sticky mud clusters to prevent clogging subsequent equipment.
Construction Aggregate: Widely used for cleaning sand, gravel, and stone to ensure material quality.
