Dry mortar production line mainly consists of hoist, premix bin, small bin, mixer, finished product bin, packer, duster, electric control system, vapor-hydrate phrase equilibrium system. The aggregates, such as cement, are measured and moved to the premix bin by hoist. Aggregates with small proportions, such as cellulose and rubber powder, are measured by electronic scales. Full-automatic dry mix mortar plants are highly efficient and popular in the industry.
The screw conveyor is perfectly suited for all mortar powder materials. Featuring convertible control and wear-resistant materials, it offers high precision and a long service life.
The mixer is the core of the plant. Our mixers achieve a uniformity above 99% within one to three minutes. They are equipped with high-speed flying cutters to disperse fibers efficiently and feature air seals for stable performance.
The system automatically detects aggregate accuracy, displays real-time flow charts, and prints production reports. It can control double-bin feeding simultaneously to shorten cycle times.
