1. Screening Section: Employs the pneumatic density method for precise separation. It distinguishes impurities such as corn cobs, husks, and dust, as well as stones and metals based on density differences.
2. Peeling and Umbilicus Removal: Generates frictional effects through intense squeezing to detach husks and germs, followed by wind force separation for pure raw materials.
3. Crushing Section: Features a self-developed double-rotor crusher. Dual rotors impact the material for twice the efficiency of single-rotor systems, preventing moisture evaporation and screen blockage.
