Gear Transmission Ceramic Grinding Ball Mill / Ore Powder Grinding Ball Mill

Ceramic ball mill is mainly used to mix and grind materials; the final product features excellent average fineness. It is highly suitable for the ceramic, glaze, and quartz industries which have strict requirements regarding iron content.

The ceramic ball mill is mainly composed of a barrel, main bearing, and support structure. End axles are welded on both ends of the cylinder. Based on the connection of the axle seat and the support structure, the main bearings support the cylinder on the end axles. One gate is equipped on the cylinder, which also functions as a manhole.
This ceramic ball mill operates as an intermittent and belt transmission ball mill. Material and the mill balls rotate under centrifugal force. When the material moves to a certain height, the dropping balls beat the material into fine powder. Additionally, friction among the balls helps to grind the materials. Once the desired size is achieved, the machine is stopped to discharge the fine powder.
