This series machine adopts PLC programmable control system and man-machine interface, supplemented by ultra-high-precision rotary encoder for slicing. The left and right cutting tools are controlled by frequency converter, and the speed can be adjusted according to the stone material. The plate is driven by high-precision screw nut, and the key parts are imported high-quality spare parts; combined with the horizontal knife design, the root of the plate can be directly cut during cutting, eliminating the trouble of manual plate unloading and improving efficiency.

The horizontal knife adopts hydraulic feeding, and the upper and lower lifting adopts the guide column contact surface, which is more reasonable and stable; therefore, it has the advantages of high cutting efficiency, high slicing accuracy, good flatness of the cut plate, high stability, and easy operation. It is especially suitable for cutting high-value granite and marble blocks.
