Detailed Structure: The jaw crusher consists of core components such as frame, eccentric shaft, large pulley, flywheel, movable jaw, side guard plate, toggle plate, and more.
Operation Principle: An electric motor drives a belt and pulley, moving the eccentric shaft to cycle the movable jaw up and down. As it ascends, the angle between the toggle plate and movable jaw increases, pressing the jaw plate against the fixed plate to crush the material. As it descends, the material is discharged through the lower opening.
