How is the product quality maintained?
We utilize a professional QC team that conducts systematic examinations. Every inflatable produced is tested for at least 24 hours to ensure airtightness and durability before shipping.
What are the safety precautions for initial inflation?
For safety, children should not play on the inflatables until they have been fully inflated for at least 15 minutes. Always stop use if any damage or leaks are detected.
How should the setup area be prepared?
To prevent material punctures or harm, please inspect the area and remove all sharp objects, stones, or debris before setting up and playing with the inflatables.
What is the recommended maximum operating time for the blower?
To avoid damage or instability from overheating, the air blower should not be operated continuously for longer than 10 hours. Adult supervision is highly recommended during all play sessions.
