Emulsified Asphalt Equipment: The emulsified asphalt unit is a practical equipment designed and manufactured using LRS, GLR, and JMJ colloid mills. It features low cost, convenient mobility, simple operation, and a low failure rate. The entire set of equipment and the operation control cabinet are installed on a base to form an integrated unit.
The unit is designed so that asphalt heating equipment provides asphalt at the required temperature. If requested, an asphalt temperature adjustment tank can be added. The aqueous solution can be heated via heat-conducting oil coil pipes, an external hot water furnace, or electric heating pipes. The system includes an asphalt transition tank, emulsion blending tank, finished product tank, speed-regulating pumps, emulsifier, and electrical control cabinet.
