Emulsified Asphalt Equipment
The emulsified asphalt unit is a practical emulsified asphalt equipment designed and manufactured using LRS, GLR, and JMJ colloid mills. It has the characteristics of low cost, convenient mobility, simple operation, low failure rate, and strong practicality. The entire set of equipment and the operation control cabinet are all installed on the base to form an integrated unit.
The unit is designed so that the asphalt heating equipment provides asphalt at the required temperature. The aqueous solution can be heated by three methods: heat-conducting oil coil pipes installed inside the tank, an external hot water furnace, or electric heating pipes. The composition includes an asphalt transition tank, an emulsion blending tank, a finished product tank, a speed-regulating asphalt pump, a speed-regulating emulsion pump, an emulsifier, and an electrical control cabinet.
