Durable Structure: Consists of a feed hopper, classifier, crushing chamber, impeller, spindle assembly, support frame, base, transmission device, motor, and lubrication system. All maintenance can be performed via the upper part of the frame, offering labor-saving convenience.
Materials impact and crush each other without direct contact with metal components. This reduces contamination, minimizes over-crushing, and ensures an excellent final product shape.
Utilizes a vortex crushing chamber. The internal airflow circulation eliminates dust pollution, making it compliant with strict environmental protection standards.
Equipped with a frequency converter control system, allowing users to set and adjust discharge size parameters for flexible output control.
Uses diamond-shaped combined impact blocks. This design results in high crushing efficiency, low unit energy consumption, and extended service intervals.
