Operating Principle

When the flotation machine works, the motor drives the impeller to revolve, producing centrifugal effect and negative pressure. Ample air is absorbed and mixed with mineral slurry and additives. Foams are formed, mineral bounds with foams and floats to the surface. The liquid surface is adjusted with flashboards to allow squeegees to scrape off useful foams.
