Q: How deep can the double blade machine cut per trip? A: It can cut 150-250mm depending on the hardness of the stone.
Q: What is the cutting speed along the rail? A: It can achieve approximately 200m per day for marble and 150m per day for granite, based on 20 hours of operation.
Q: How many blades should be equipped for the machine? A: Two sets for one machine are recommended, or three sets for every two machines. Each set includes 4 pieces of blades.
Q: How long can a blade work without changing the diamond segments? A: For granite at 1500mm depth, segments should be changed after about 400 meters. For marble, after about 1000-2000 meters.
