Applied Materials
The mobile crushing station is widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, construction materials, and mining. It efficiently processes over 120 types of rocks including limestone, granite, quartz, basalt, river stone, and various ores.
Working Principle
The station includes a vibrating feeder, stone crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyor, and control system.
Materials are evenly conveyed into the jaw crusher via the feeder. After primary crushing, the circular vibrating screen forms a closed circuit to achieve circular crushing. The finished material is output by conveyors, while the system remains flexible for direct primary crushing without screening if required.
